This page explains how the public K12Claim website (k12claim.com) handles information. It does not describe the K12Claim application that districts use to manage claims; that service is covered by the agreement each district signs with us.

What this website collects

Nothing about you. This website does not use cookies, advertising or analytics, does not load scripts or fonts from other companies, and has no forms that store what you type.

Our web host keeps standard technical logs of requests, such as the time, the page requested and the network address, to keep the site secure and working. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.

When you email us

The "Request a demo" and contact links open your email program. If you send us a message, we receive what you write and your email address, and we use them to reply to you and to arrange a demonstration. We do not sell this information.

Please do not send student, patient or other health information by email.

District sign-in

The sign-in box on the home page only sends your browser to your district's own address. It does not send the code you type to us, and nothing is stored.
